Our Privacy Stance

Our privacy stance is simple: it’s your data, not ours.

We don’t collect data about how your systems are used. We don’t install telemetry, analytics, or remote access capabilities that report back to us or anyone else — unless you explicitly request remote support and grant temporary access.

What this means in practice

  • ✓
Your cameras record to your storage.

Footage is retained on hardware you own and control. It is never uploaded to our infrastructure or any cloud service.

  • ✓
Your access logs live on your hardware.

Entry and exit records are stored locally. They don’t leave your facility and are not shared with any third-party access management service.

  • ✓
Your energy data stays in your building.

Consumption monitoring and usage history are stored on-site. We don’t route this data to utility analytics platforms or external services.

  • ✓
Your automation activity is processed on-site.

Routines, triggers, and responses execute locally. No behavioral data is sent to a vendor server as part of normal operation.

  • ✓
Remote support is explicit, temporary, and revocable.

If you request remote assistance, access is granted by you, limited in scope, and ends when you revoke it. We do not maintain standing access to your system.

Privacy isn’t a feature. It’s a baseline.

We believe systems that operate in your home or business should do exactly that — operate for you, not report about you. This isn’t a marketing position. It’s how we design and build every system we install.
